Simple Return Service Policy

  • We have a 30 calendar day return policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same undamaged condition in which you received it.
  • You will also need proof of payment.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, or reused packaging.
  • Transportation costs for simple returns are not refunded.
  • If you wish to return a product but the product shows signs of damage, we will not accept it.

 

Follow the steps for a simple return:

  1. To start a return, contact us at artualstudio@gmail.com. Write an email with the product details and the reason for return, attach the invoice and pictures (if any).
  2. Wait for a reply from us if the return is accepted, and find out more details.
  3. Make sure the product can be safely shipped back, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address: Timișoara, Strada Vlad Bănățeanu nr. 1, 300668.
  5. If the package does not show any signs of damage, we will refund the purchase price of the product, but not the delivery cost.

 

Regulations on return service for damaged goods

  • For damaged products we have a return policy of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
  • If you have received a defective package, please take a photo of the outer box and/or the product with the signs of damage.
  • You will also need proof of payment.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging or repacked.
  • Transportation costs for the return of damaged products will be fully refunded.

  2. Wait for a reply from us if the return is accepted, and find out more details.
    Make sure the product can be safely shipped back, preferably in the original packaging.

  4. If you still wish to receive the repaired product, we will only reimburse the cost of delivery and resend the package.
  5. If you no longer want the product, we will refund the purchase price together with the delivery cost.
